A beautiful day
It is such a beautiful day here in Missouri, would be a great day to get out and do some walking or yard work. I just finished my first Biggest Loser cardio workout and OMG it kicked my butt. It was great though, my legs are still sore from all the stair stepping the other day but I made it through. I only had to ease off on a few lunges so hopefully it will be even easier to follow next time now that I know whats coming.

It is a beautiful day here too, and I worked in the yard for a while just to enjoy it. Good job on the Biggest Loser workout! I have tried a few of them and they can be tough!
