Today is my second day of two a day walks on the treadmill. Yesterday I got in over 5 miles and Im not sure what Im gonna end up with today. I figured out that having the lap top on the treadmill makes the time go by much faster. I didnt weigh in this morning, its so tempting and hard not too but I think it will be better for my peace of mind only weighing in once a week that way I dont have to see those daYS where there is no difference and maybe it will keep me from being discouraged. I feel like I do have more energy lately from all the walking and jogging but I still cant get my sleep under control. That will be my next big challange, going to bed at a reasonable time and getting enough sleep. Ok so gotta finish up on the treadmill.
Great job!! OH girl, I Have issues with sleeping too. I found that since day light savings was changed back I am in a good rhythm that works for me.
